The prestigious brand, already title sponsor of the Venetian night trail CMP Venice Night Trail, from this year also headlines the evocative 5K and 11K event on the beach, organized by Venicemarathon and scheduled for Sunday 22 September at the Lido of Venice.

Venice, 26 February 2024 - The commitment of CMP, the prestigious sportswear brand of the F.lli Campagnolo group, in the events organized by Venicemarathon is doubled. In addition to the title for the sixth consecutive year of the extremely successful night urban trail, the CMP Venice Night Trail scheduled for Saturday 6 April in Venice, from this year the brand also acquires the title of the 5K 'trail on the beach' and 11K, which for the next 3 years will be called CMP Venice Lido Beach Trail and whose third edition will be held at the Lido of Venice on Sunday 22 September.

CMP thus signs this spectacular event, which develops between the beach, sand dunes, pine forest and dam. A race, therefore, very fascinating due to the context in which it takes place, but at the same time very challenging due to the different types of terrain that the athletes will encounter and the natural obstacles they will have to face, especially in the pine forest part.

In addition to the distances of 11K and 5K, the event will, as always, propose the Alì Family Run of around 2K, free and dedicated above all to families, children and accompanying companions, which will take place entirely on the shoreline.

This year too, the event will have the Blue Moon bathing establishment as its headquarters, where the CMP Venice Lido Beach Village will be built, will host the Pasta Party and in front of which the start & finish line will be set up.

With the third edition and the entry of CMP into the title of the event, the logo also presents a new graphic design, which highlights the most iconic elements of the Lido of Venice such as the sea, the beach, the San Nicolò lighthouse which stands out at the tip of the dam crossed by the athletes and the Italian flag, which underlines the 'Made in Italy' especially on the occasion of the intense promotion in Italy and abroad that the organizers are doing in the main marathons in the world (London, Paris, Prague, Rome etc...) to attract more and more runners, enhance the tourism-sports aspects and consequently increase the economic impact for the area.
